This speculative project transforms a modified Victorian building on the main street of Cloverdale into a boutique hotel and restaurant. The building was modified in the 1980’s from a home into an office building with the addition of a floor an elevator and two stylized pavilions in the courtyard. This project creates a new street presence with a massive stone entry wall with a steel and glass vestibule rising behind. One of the pavilions is transformed into an outdoor bar and the other eliminated in favor of a pool terrace off of the glass restaurant space.
